Submittal Guide. The following are the basic rules for submitting for A
Day In North America:
1: Photos must be from the day specified (July 26 this year).
2: Submissions are limited to 3 images. Submissions including more than 3
images will not be considered.
3: Basic caption material should be supplied at a minimum. Full-blown
captions are better - four or five sentences is ideal, with the who, what,
when, where, why included.
4: Every submission should have the photographer's name on all slides,
prints, and digital images.
5: For digital images, the photographer's name should be part of the file
name so we can link errant files back to the original photographer.
